The focus is to answer the customers' needs, add value to products and services, and increase service quality. The organization is constantly motivated to provide timely and reliable services to the Bolivian customers, while minimizing the risks involved in the industry. And, this year's objectives aim to establish continuous improvement as well as develop new solutions for solid market progression. In a challenging market, Brink's Bolivia differentiates the company from competition by the quality of service provided to customers, coupled with integrated solutions, that satisfy their needs and strengthens our commercial relations. To commemorate the 15th anniversary, each branch will hold a celebration where a job performance prize will be awarded. The award will be granted to enthusiastic employees who contribute to business growth, and whose performance and attitude are based on values on the fulfillment of Brink's standards and principles. The ceremony is an opportunity to encourage personnel to take their lead. Additionally, awards will be given for the 2009 Bolivian Brink's Cup. This year Brink's Bolivia celebrates its 15th anniversary. By serving the Bolivian market with the utmost levels of security, Brink's has become the leader in secure logistics and boasts the highest market share in the country. With renewed vision, Bolivia worked for and achieved a solid position in the marketplace and set the standard for the provision of security services. October 2009 | The Brink's Journal | Page 7 1994 Begins operations in Bolivia transporting metal bullion for Inti Raymi Mine. 1997 Provides services to the banking and industry sectors. 1998 Opens branches in Cochabamba, Santa Cruz and Tarija. 2001 Initiates ATM services and opens Sucre/ Oruro branch. 2002 Expands operations to cover the entire country. 2003 Inagurates Operations Link Center and Call Center. 2004 Launches Intranet, expands and renovates armored unit fleet and institutes Brink's Training Center. 2005 Creates Document Transportation service, and implements Enterprise Resource Planning. 2006 Establishes corporate office in Santa Cruz. 2007 Streamlines operations and security procedures, enhances monitoring, processing and vault technology, and enriches processing room. 2008 Adds 16 armored vehicles to fleet, builds vault in Sucre branch and launches Armored unit services in Riberalta. 2009 Celebrates 15 years of excellence.
